“This time it’s going to be different…” (Said every dieter ever!)

You start strong. You’re gung-ho and full of enthusiasm. You’re *sure* that this time it’s going to be different.
Then it happens… You wobble. And your inner two year old seizes control.

 

“What’s the point?”
“Maybe it’s not ‘
meant to be‘.”
“Eff-this!”
“It’s too hard.”
“I quit.”
“I didn’t really want it anyway…so there!” 

 

Yep, that’s about how 999 gazillion of my diets ended.

 

And whilst I’ve tapped my little heart out and successfully changed my relationship to food (losing – and keeping off – heaps of weight because of it), my inner two year old still runs the show in my business and life some of the time.

A few months ago, I was all set to deliver an Emotional Eating Workshop online. (It was going to be epic!) 

 

It’s work I *truly* believe in and I was thrilled that I was going to be able to help other women (and a few men):

  • get clarity about why you overeat; and
  • show you my favourite tool (three cheers for EFT!) when it comes to eliminating cravings, calming your inner-crazy and clearing weight loss blocks.

 

BUT… The tech gods were having a bad day. Maybe I was being tested, maybe I just clicked something completely silly. Whatever it was, things went haywire.

THREE TIMES IN A ROW.

 

And, suffice to say, I threw a tantie!

Except, I do really want to get this work out into the world. It may be hard at times but it’s certainly not impossible. It is meant to be. And if I can help just one person heal their emotional eating, then there is absolutely + totally a point.

Let me tell you the truth, we live in stressful and crazy world. (Politics, anyone?) I get triggered all the time and I’m still tempted to turn to food to handle those feelings. I’m proud to report that, almost always, I don’t gorge myself. Instead, I tap.

 

And that’s what I want for you. I want you to clear the inner blocks that are fuelling your binges, I want you to get energetically aligned with your weight goals and I want you to develop the habit of tapping daily on your stress, anxiety and overwhelm.

 

It’s totally possible and you totally deserve it.
